Baby, it's cold outside
It is finally getting cold around here. I saw flurries this afternoon, and I'm telling you, it had better full on snow soon or I might go mad. the cold is making me crazy hungry today, though.

And you my dear friend, are such a pal. Thanks for the inspiration! So, how about a food and exercise challenge? Eat perfect for the next 19 days until xmas? Work out 3x week minimum? Is that too much. I always go overboard don't I? I'll leave it up to you. You decide the challenge, and I'll do it.
