Hanging in there
I had a rough start to the week, and I screwed up yesterday when I went with my mom and the local elementary school volunteer "grandma" to a tea room. It was wonderful! So I actually started logging in food today. I don't care if I wind up with negative flexies as long as I get it all down on paper. It's a start, right? One thing at a time, one thing at a time.

It's a wonderful start! What media did you decide to use as your journal? And, what's a tea room?

this is off subject, but i thought you might be interested...i just found a site meter via Gloetraker or something like that...i put one on my site and i think you can click on it and get to their website as well...it is free too and you can actually show where the people checking your site are from....it kinds creeped me out though to know that people can see exactly where i am....
